The Wholefood Plan has been retired.
Here is the thing:
I’ve been watching individuals get drawn in by poor coaching and eating plans. Then some started to ask me for eating plans.
Back when I first graduated, this seemed like a great idea.
Truthfully, I didn’t really know where I wanted to go with nutrition so a quickly written “diet” plan seemed like a great way to make money.
Except to you as a consumer, they aren’t actually useful.
You’ll follow an eating plan for 30 days, maybe, then what?
Let me enlighten you: you’ll go back to your old habits. The plans don’t teach you anything so you are unlikely to be able to take usable advice forward.
Diet plans/ eating plans/ whatever you would like to call them, don’t actually work and I can’t kid myself that I can somehow create something meaningful that’s akin to it.
So the 30-day tailored eating plan that was the Wholefood Plan has been scrapped.
Luckily, I have 7+ years and hundreds of nutrition clients’ worth of successes behind me, thus, I now have a much better idea of what helps you feel awesome every day.
Crucially, I know what made my clients succeed.
