- what to do if you have no time to meal prep
- how to reset the balance
- tips & tricks that you could only get from a nutritionist

In an hour, I will tell you exactly what you need to succeed on your weight loss journey, all without specific products or “weight loss powders”.
You will be provided with the tools to use whole foods in a cheap and efficient manner to create meals that you actually want to eat.

If the answer is yes then this workshop is for you.
This relaxed one hour chat by BANT registered nutritionist Eva Humphries will focus on foods that support the immune system.
It’s a jargon-free, expert-led look at what we need to eat to stay fighting fit this winter.
Rather than being a presentation, it’s a less formal, interactive talk with actual examples of foods and realistic ways of including them in your diet.
You’ll also get the chance to ask questions.

You can expect to learn:
- the main nutrients needed by the immune system
- what foods to include to support healthy immune function
- how to include those foods in your diet
- a few select supplements that may help

The talk will be delivered via Zoom.
Your ticket includes a document summarising the hints and tips discussed during the workshop so you don’t even need to take notes.
